Brittany graduated from New Albany High School as valedictorian of her class. While in high school she was involved in various organizations. She played as forward for the varsity soccer team and participated in the school's production of The Wiz. She was a member of different clubs within the school which included: Anchor Club where she served as the Junior and Senior Director, Spanish Club which she co-founded and served as secretary, Mu Alpha Theta, and National Honor Society. Along with co-curricular activities, she busied herself in the community around her. She coached an elementary aged community soccer team for three years, participated in Youth Mainstreet Association, and Union County Leadership Academy. Of her achievements she is most proud of receiving the gold Congressional Award. She is also an active member in her church: Hillcrest Baptist Church of New Albany. In college, she is a member of the Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College. She is studying biology in the pre-medicine curriculum.
