Scarlett Rogers attended Biloxi High School in Biloxi, MS, where she was Vice-President of National Honor Society and Captain of the Dance Team. She was first place winner in the Hearin Leadership Conference “W” Olympics, International Trustee to the Bahamas and Capital Districts Key Club International, and selected to the Biloxi High School Hall of Fame. Rogers’ community service experience includes Salvation Army, Key Club “Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF,” and Bay Vista Baptist Church Hurricane Katrina Relief Effort. She plans to study chemistry and business administration at the university.
